• Achieve sales targets Volume / Revenue through prime focus on Exports.
• Strengthen relationship with customers by way of regular interactions.
• Develop new business by arranging meetings with potential customers and through regular follow ups.
• Generate comprehensive rate quotations to existing & potential customers through accurate and prompt cost calculations.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while attending to customer requirements.
• Conduct market research to understand market/customer requirements.
• Provide feedback received from customers through customer survey.
• Provide/share information to /with internal & external stakeholders

Job Requirements

• 3 years or more sales experience in Freight forwarding or Shipping
• Bachelor’s Degree in university , Marketing or an equivalent professional qualification
• Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
