- Lead and support forecasting and planning for wireless/fiber installation operation processes
which consist of scheduling, planning and complete the installations.
- Automate and improve scalable processes, and tools using Google Sheet to drive operational and business efficiency.
- Analyze the installation efficiency with the use of Google earth.
- Analyze data and leverage insights to identify problems, implement recommendations, and track success.
- Create and execute action plans to improve the operations district KPI’s.
- With sales/operation representatives to support the order acquisition process.
- Delivery of services to customer in a timely manner.
- Well able to work with cross team to discuss the issues and strong communication skills

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Operation Management field is preferred.
- At least 5-6 year experience in customer facing role and operational management.
- Able to work under pressure and can multi-task effectively
- Able to optimize the processes and must be great at following up the duties assigned and push the team to hit the operation target.
