Job Description

-ေန႕စဥ္ Area အလိုက္ သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ routing မ်ားေပၚရွိ Outlets မ်ားတြင္ အေရာင္းေဖာ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း။
-Outlets မ်ားတြင္ အေရာင္းေဖာ္ေဆာင္ရာတြင္ Customer တစ္ဦးခ်င္းစီ၏ Sales order/ Processing Call Card မ်ားအား သံုးသပ္၍ လစဥ္အေရာင္း Target မ်ားျပည့္္မီွေအာင္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း။
-Daily / Monthly အလိုက္ routing မ်ားအေပၚတြင္ New Outlets Target မ်ားျပည့္မွီ ေအာင္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း။
-မိမိ၏ Product မ်ားအား ေရာင္းခ် ရာတြင္ Service Performance ျပည့္၀စြာ စြမ္းေဆာင္ျခင္း။
-Team အလိုက္ သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ Area အတြင္းရွိ Outlets မ်ား၏ Facebook နွင့္ Competitor Activities မ်ား ၊ အေရာင္းစာရင္းမ်ားနွင့္ ေရာင္းရေငြ မ်ားအား သက္ဆိုင္ရာ ဌာနမ်ားသို႕တိက်စြာေပးပို႕ တင္ျပျခင္း။
-Weekly / Monthly Report မ်ားအား Supervisor / Manager ထံသို႕ တင္ျပျခင္း။

- တကၠသိုလ္တက္ေရာက္ေနသူ (သို႕) တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုခုမွ ဘြဲ႕ရရွိျပီးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အသက္ (၁၈ နွစ္ မွ ၃၀ နွစ္) အတြင္းျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အေရာင္းပိုင္းနွင့္ ပတ္သက္သည့္ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အၾကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး (၁) နွစ္ရွိရပါမည္။
- အက်င့္စာရိတၱေကာင္းမြန္ျပီးအသင္းအဖြဲ႕နွင့္ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္လိုသူူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- လူမႈ႕ဆက္ဆံေရးေကာင္းမြန္၍အေျပာအဆိုသြက္လက္ခ်က္ခ်ာသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- လုပ္ငန္းအေပၚတြင္စိတ္၀င္စား၍အလုပ္အေပၚတြင္ၾကိဳးစားလိုစိတ္ရွိရမည္။
