Responsibility
• Managing overall client relationships under his/her portfolio.
• Engaging customers (by phone or in person) to increase sales and promote our products, handle customer complaints and monitors revenue generated for the company.
• Able to respond to customer problems or complaints
• Understanding the customers’ requirements with good sense and perform assessment for any risk.
• Providing timely advice related to our products to customers from high executive level to junior staff on all matters, including solutions and operational procedures.
• Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure smooth & timely execution of transactions and speedy response to customer needs.
• Submitting call reports, performing customers’ portfolio analysis, preparing require paper works and other internal reports.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording detail of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Must be computer literate and familiar with MS word/ Excel and Power Point
• Adhering strictly to the KPI criteria, goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Requirement
Skills Required:
• Fluency in spoken English and good English writing skills required.
• Good presentation skills and people skills; team player.
• Experience in sales, service, accounting, business, finance (preferred).
• Knowledge in retail and wholesale (to be provided from on-the-job training).

Qualification Required:
• A bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, accounting, economics or finance) from an accredited university is preferred.
• Good understanding and knowledge of retails and wholesale.
