An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Ensure ananda store is kept to brand guideline and standards
• Manage and run all areas of ananda store’s operation efficiently while controlling and managing all stock-related duties (inventory, cash flow, return, refund,etc)
• Prepare and deliver well team management to fulfil monthly KPIs.
• Supervise the showroom staff, develops the staff through coaching, and evaluation.
• Offer products knowledge, customer service, resolves customer complaints through sound negotiation techniques
• Motivated team member to meet sales goals
• Bring forward new ideas, initiatives and improvements of existing functions and truly control the showroom business
• Other duties as assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, age between 23 – 30 years
• Must have at least 1-year experience in storekeeping, inventory control or recordkeeping
• Basic computer technology knowledge and essential office toolkits.
• Effective team management and leadership skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
• Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internal and externally
• Proficient in English
