Responsibility in Summary:
Need to take responsible for retail sales, customer care services, managing a retail staff within a business. And coordinates the shipping of goods, inventory control, daily cash, sets up displays, assists customers and staff during business hours.

Responsibility in Detail:
* Manage retail staffs, among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiers
* Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
* Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
* Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
* Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
* Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
* Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
* Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
* Handle customer complaints, issues and questions
* Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets
* Additional duties as needed for retail outlets

Job Requirements

* Any University Graduate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing
* Age between 25 to 35
* Minimum 2 years sales experience ( retail sales experience in telecom or electronic products is added value )
* Well verse in customer management skill, strong organizational skill, communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques.
