- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Job Requirements

- Should be able to read, write and speak fluently ENGLISH.
- Should know how to drive a Car and have a Driving License.
- Should be an achiever and focused to achieve monthly targets.
- Presently should be working in a leading alcobev, beverage or FMCG company
- Minimum 5 years and above experience in sales and should be presently managing Modern Trade Outlets, ( Super Markets, Hyper Markets, Convenience outlets etc,,,)
- Should have good relations with the major Retail Chain buyers.
- Should be familiar on the ways of working and driving sales, promotions etc in a super market, hype market etc
- Should have analytical mind and analyse the sales data to take right actions.
