Job Description

Modern Trade Channel
1. Set the monthly sales plan for salesmen and follow up targets achievement.
2. Establish & maintain good relationship with the MT customers (management, accountants & store).
3. Review customer’s contract and ensure implementation.
4. Review products’ visibility, planogram, shelf share and expiries through market visits and report market status to management.
5. Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets and report to the management.
6. Implement monthly promotions plans with the customers according to the budget.
7. Follow up marketing equipment manufacturing and distribution on branches.
8. Coach, train and develop salesmen and monitor their KPIs through market visits.
9. Activate new customers and schedule them in salesmen routes.
eCommerce Channel
1. Oversee coordination and delivery of eCommerce assets, including planning for all product copy and images, production specs, upload and go live, merchandising, marketing initiatives and budget
2. Work with the internal team to plan and coordinate all eCommerce shoots for company products
3. Create, manage & produce social media and digital marketing strategies and content execution including: content calendar, collaborative contests/giveaways, retail marketing, e-mail marketing
4. Planning and implementation of online communication across all platforms tying into larger brand calendar
5. Seek out & engage in new digital platforms for marketing, advertising and partnership programs and maintain existing ones.
6. Responsible for monthly sales goals for eCommerce
7. Work closely with the buyer to determine product assortment, re-orders and achieve sell-thru goals and targets
8. Provide weekly, monthly and annual sales and analytics reports. Implement change based on the site performance to maximise traffic and conversion rates
9. Lead development of creative assets such as promotions, product launches, landing pages, digital content and web templates
10. Manage the creation and delivery of the email newsletter
11. Maintain website updates
12. Key contact for the digital agency

Job Requirements

Requirements
1. 2 years of experience in Modern Trade sales supervisor
2. 2 or more years experience in eCommerce operations or digital marketing
3. 2 or more years of retail/eCommerce/buying/planning and visual merchandising experience
4. Experience with Google and/or eCommerce analytics a plus
5. Understanding of digital space and a passion for online shopping
6. Excellent in English communication and interpersonal skills
7. Directly Report to Sales manager
8. Bachelor degree holder.
9. Very good MS Office skills.
