Looking for Sales Supervisor for building materials distribution company

• To develop sale strategy, targets, plan and on-ground tactic working together with team
• To lead, guide and motivate sale team members to achieve sales targets
• To promote sale volume by conducting innovative promotions and expending sale channels
• To work with marketing function to maintain existing customers and acquiring new customers
• Possess ability to drive sales and serve customers as a sale professional

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experiences in sale & distribution in building materials
• A formal study of Sale & Distribution is a plus
• Knowledge in customer and sale data analysis is a must
