Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Selling our all travel products to both local and foreigners (So the applicants must have excellent writing and speaking English)
Issuing air tickets(domestic & international) and booking hotels
Making tour package (Inbound & Outbound)
Making phone calls to sell our travel products
Providing customer experience
Advising clients on travel arrangements
Keeping clients up to date with any changes
Dealing with complaints or refunds
liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, etc...
Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands

Job Requirements

At least 4-year experiences in ticketing (International & Domestic) & tour operation fields
Make arrange in tour package (Inbound & Outbound)
Must have knowledge of all airline & hotel policy
Must manage & provide training to junior staffs
Good in Business English &Computer skill
Be able to travel if necessary as a tour leader (Inbound & Outbound)
Must have experience in Travel & Tours Co.,Ltd.
