-Customer Complain မ်ားနွင့္ လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကိုျဖည့္ဆည္းေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရန္

- အေရာင္းျမွင့္တင္ေရး နွင့္ Promotion အစီအစဥ္မ်ားတြင္ေအာင္ျမင္ေစရန္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရန္

- Accessories,Gadgets,Smartphones အစရွိသည္မ်ားကို ေရာင္းခ်တတ္ရန္

- Product Knowledge မ်ား ေစ်းနွုန္းမ်ားနွင့္ပတ္သတ္ျပီး အမွားယြင္းမရွိေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္

- ဆိုင္အတြင္း အျပင္ သန္႔ရွင္းမွဳရွိေစရန္ အနီးကပ္ၾကီးၾကပ္ရန္

-အေရာင္း၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ စည္းကမ္းပိုင္းနွင့္ တိုးတက္ေရးတို႕အတြက္ ေလ့က်င့္သင္ၾကားေပးရန္

-Customer Service စသည္တို႔ကို ေသခ်ာေစာင့္ၾကည့္ရန္

- ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ ၀တ္စားဆင္ယင္မွဳ နွင့္ သန္႔ရွင္းသပ္ရပ္မွဳရွိေစရန္ အနီးကပ္ၾကီးၾကပ္ရန္

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate

- Advanced Customer Service Training

- Team Work & Leadership Training

- Basic Merchandising Training

- Minimum (2) year experience in retail sales operations / retail outlets

- Customer Service Complain Handling

- Basic English & Chinese Speaking Skill

- Basic Smartphones and gadgets knowledge

- Able to work under pressure

- Good communication skill with internal and external
