Responsibility
• Managing overall client relationships under his/her portfolio.
• Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules
• To lead, guide and motivate sale team members to achieve sales targets
• To develop sale strategy, targets, plan and on-ground tactic working together with team
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Handle customer complaints and monitors revenue generated for the company.
• Providing timely advice related to our products to customers from high executive level to junior staff on all matters, including solutions and operational procedures.
• Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure smooth & timely execution of transactions and speedy response to customer needs.
• Submitting call reports, performing customers’ portfolio analysis, preparing require paper works and other internal reports.
• Adhering strictly to the KPI criteria, goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate,
- Must be computer literate and familiar with MS word/ Excel and Power Point
- At least (3) years of experiences in retail and wholesale is a plus
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
- Good presentation skills and people skills; team player.
- Able to work under certain pressure and follow directions
