Tasks
• Regular visit to customer together with branch sale team.
• To search new customer
• Follow up to branches regarding with sale prospect
• Research to understand competitors and market
• Review the sale achievement of branch weekly
• Follow up to customers for increase sale
• Phone call to branch sale team for branch update market status
• Find competitors information
• Try to deal with customer together with branch sale team.
• Overview all of branch sale status and take action if need.
• To submit branch visit report to NSM/GM every branch visit.
• Analyze the market, prospect, sale and review monthly and find weakness of branches.
• Conduct training to branches regarding with products
Accountability
• Area Sale Achievement
• Branch sale Development
• Customer & branch awareness about products
• Increase customer coverage, segment & product line
Responsibility
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area
• Take action if sale is not achieve in assign area
• Conduct sales plan review meetings with branches sales team
• Branch sale improvement about product
• To achieve the sale target at assigned area
• To extend the products in assign area
Authority
• Arrange promotion depend on sale status
• Trip plan & Budget

Job Requirements

* Any Graduate (More prefer Dip in Sale & Marketing Management)
* At least 3 years experience in Motorcycle Sales
* Planning, Continuous Improvement, Customer Focus, Motivational fit, Decision Making
* Good in English 4 Skill
* Inter-personal skills, Negotiation skills
* Good in Brand Management
* Must have Driving Licence
