1. Assist in developing Internal sales processes, procedures and guidelines to support in standardizing sales operations, customer experience and channel communications.2. Carryout partner and dealer onboarding in system.3. Raise order for DTR and Authorized dealer in system.4. Coordinate with product and finance team for listing of product and commission in the system.5. Handle partner enquiries hotline and cascade information to operation team accordingly.6. Support in preparing sales communications materials for internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize the product and brand’s propositions.7. Provide backend support to sales team with activation and system error resolution by collaborating with IT and BSS team.8. Provide regular update of sales channel activities to Contact Centre and Marketing communication team.9. Forecasting sales, expense budget requirement on monthly and quarterly basis and raise PR accordingly.10. Perform activities to track, monitor, evaluate and periodically review the overall processes, procedures, performances as well as the overall processes of coordinating trainings to relevant functions, in order to identify improvement opportunities, to ensure optimization of the operation.11. Coordinate with relevant team to develop sales & marketing materials to support trade campaign and to finalize channel communication contents that align with brand communication policy and guidelines, as well as to achieve trade12. Continously review and improve system and processess to improve sales operation’s efficiency.Communications & Working Relationships:• The role will require coordination with different internal departments and need strong communication skills and maintain good working relationship
-Prior experience in sales planning sales backend and coordination background is preferable. -IT skills and project management skill will be added advantage to the candidates.
