- Plan, organize, lead and control his distribution team in order to achieve maximum sales and optimum distribution of the company’s products.
- Open new accounts and exploit all sales opportunities, promote aggressively the sale of the company brands and packages in existing accounts and at all special events taking place in his area.
- Ensure that subordinates achieve and surpass their daily, monthly and yearly sales objectives by assigning daily sales targets and key indicators and take appropriate action.
- Monitor the subordinates’ daily sales and shortages, rectify problem situations, ensure daily sales targets are achieved and approved shortage limits are not exceeded.
