• Lead a team to convince small-to-medium businesses to sell on Shop.com.mm
• Set, monitor, and execute goals for the acquisition team
• Ensure accurate reporting to ensure consistent follow-up on leads and reporting
• Achieve agreed-upon targets and outcomes within the time set
• Coordinate effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze and understand the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on seller needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improve through feedback

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of Sales Experience
• Pleasant and outgoing personality; a person who is happier outside an office than in
• A great communicator with excellent persuasion skills
• Ability to think on one’s feet to solve problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Burmese and English Language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
• Graduate from any university a plus
• Excellent problem solving, presentation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in a sales role
• Demonstrated interest in the technology / e-commerce space
