An Exciting Opportunity for ...

ACCOUNTABILITY: To manage the company’s sales training requirement across all functions and intermediaries.
To make the sales team more efficient and capable in handling queries of customers.
To build a robust online training modules on selling stories , exception handling etc.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• To develop content and deliver stand up training to the sales teams / operations team on onboarding of agents / customers
• To create content on selling stories for better sale of Insurance products and advisors/ agents prospecting
• To liaison for agents mandatory training and ensure good pass percentage
• To manage Induction training of all intermediaries and handholding them in the initial three months
• To coordinate with Prudential Hong Kong on a regular basis on mandatory training for employees
• To reduce the drop rate of agents in the initial years
• Preparing reports and data related to training

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 5 + years’ experience in Training
• Experience in Call Centre/ Banking / FMCG business is preferred
• Active listening and communication skills
• Good Presentation and facilitation skills
• Problem solving and mentoring skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English with presentation skills
