Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Related field is required
Minimum 2- year experience in user support.(Preferred ERP/SAP user support.)
Understand and are able to provide user support and resolve problems related to the ERP/SAP
Overall technical understanding of all IT platforms and services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
