A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Provide healthcare to students and staff.
2. Serve as liaisons between school personnel, family, and community healthcare providers to ensure a healthy school environment.
3. In some ways, the school nurse job description is unique from that of other nursing specialists that work within a conventional clinical setting.
4. Serving as consultants with other school professionals, such as food service personnel, physical education teachers, coaches, and counselors
13. Providing health advice to school educational teams, such as the Committee on Special Education and the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) team.
14. Assisting families with locating outside care and obtaining health insurance.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor of Nursing prefer or Nurse Aid with many experiences with Childcare.
- More prefer in experience at a school or in an educational environment or can be available from other field.
- Able to establish rapport with students and their parents.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check, stock control.
