Job Description

- Provide full secretarial and administrative supports to the CEO
- Managing day to day activities of the college
- Able to communicate with Government
- Plan and coordinate for arrangements of professional meeting and conferences, prepare meeting agendas and minutes
- Undertake various administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, maintaining filling and any other duties as assigned
- Prepare to make office documentation, confidential and sensitive documents.
- Prepare correspondence: assist in preparation of presentation materials, reports, meeting agenda
- Arrange meetings, appointments and interviews
- Attend meeting to record minutes
- Handing incoming phone calls and taking proper messages
- Retrieving and strong emails
- Typing of letters documents, agreements and memos
- Purchasing of the monthly office stationeries and other office equipment.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems and performing basic bookkeeping work.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor of Degree
- Minimum two year working experiences in relevant field
- Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, Power point, experience with document management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
