A Good Opportunity for ..

• Arrange air tickets, hotel bookings, expenses claims for MD’s and VIP visitors.
• Mainly assists the documentary to MD. Arranging meetings and managing meeting rooms.
• Arrange expat visa applications, renewal processes, claims, etc.
• Issue invitation letters to overseas visitors.
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person; answering or referring inquires.
• Serves visitors by welcoming and directing them appropriately.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,
• Irregularities and continuing needs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduate (Any Degree)
• Must have at least 1 year working experience as a receptionist
• Must be good command of English
• Good personality traits, good communication skills and interpersonal skills
