Provide administrative & secretarial support to Managing Director including scheduling appointments and business meetings, writing correspondence, email, answering questions & requests Prepare and handle confidential & sensitive documents Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external associates Provide oral translation at meetings and appointments in both English & Chinese language Convert written materials from one language into another when necessary
Bachelor degree in any discipline Certificate/diploma in secretarial management or business administration is a plus Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English and Chinese language At least 3 years experiences in related position Must have good organizing and negotiation skill Good at using Microsoft Office Applications, fax, internet & e-mail. Good in document handling, recording and reporting. Adaptable and must be aware of keeping confidentiality Able to work under pressure Able to travel Monday ~ Friday / 8:45 AM ~ 5:00 PM
