Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Provide full secretarial and administrative supports to the CEO
- Able to communicate with Government
- Undertake various administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, maintaining filling and any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Prepare correspondence : assist in preparation of presentation materials, reports, meeting agenda
- Provide minutes for meetings
- Handing incoming phone calls and taking proper messages
- Retrieving and strong emails
- Typing of letters documents, agreements and memos

Job Requirements

- Bachelor of Degree
- Minimum two year working experiences in relevant field
- Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, Power point, experience with document management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Efficient dynamic and able to work multitask in a fast pace environment
