- Carry out Secretary’s duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.- Assist day to day responsibilities of the MD Office- Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries - Organize and schedule meetings and appointments- Answer telephone calls and greet visitors to the office- Develop and maintain the contact lists and the filing system- Coordinate office procedures and order office supplies- Communicate with Finance Department to submit and reconcile expense reports- Assist in event planning- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Bachelor's Degree- Experience as secretary or Personal Assistant / similar administrative role- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Good computer skill and internet, email - Good in English 4 Skills- Skills in database management, record keeping- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities with positive attitude
