- Providing secretarial services to CEO
- Assisting in the preparation of meetings, conferences and events, and taking minutes as required
- Acting as the initial point of contact and communicating directly on behalf of CEO as required
- Coordinating in the development for projects between HODs
- To ensure the managing the screening calls and visitors to determine an appropriate course of action.
- To ensure the planning CEO's calendar, schedule appointments and travel
- Assisting to CEO the majority of the time and responsibilities of an operational nature
- Other duty assigned by CEO

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree (or) Master's Degree
- Minimum (2) years working experience in Secretarial role
- Proficiency in negotiating skills, communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and timeline
- Proficiency in English Language, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
