Functional competencies

Distributors Management

• Providing recommendations and introduction on various aspect of the products to distributors.
• Tracking and facilitate benefits for distributors.
• On the job training and Coaching employee of distributors in all related and essential area for doing
• Business together.
• Support and audit distributors to operate their business in accordance with mutually agreement
• standards :
• Execute as sales plan
• Execute as trade promotion & activation plan.
• Execute as route to market plan & project.
• Manage warehouse and inventory efficiently.
• Verify sales data and sales report of distributor.
• Collaborate with distributor to prepare account plan and execute account plan to be effective (for modern trade).

Sales Operation
• Follow up monthly sales and adjust the sales plan to fit and correspond to competitive market situations.
• Demand planning & ordering that ensure sufficient product volume (loading volume) for the sales
• Target & plan.
• Prepare account plan for all sales channels of the responsible country.
• Drive and motivate distributors to achieve sales target.
• Monitor the marketing and sales situation of competitors such as sales, prices etc.
• Monitor daily distributors’ inventory, daily sales out and credit term.


Customer Relation Management
• Build and maintain good relationships with key account (Wholesaler & retailer).
• Visit wholesaler and retailer for keep a good relationship.


Marketing Strategy
• Track and ensure the product shelf life is in accordance with company standards.

Route to Market
• Inspection and monitor perfect stores according to the annual plan.

Trade Marketing
• Audit the standard of outlet (Avaibility, Visibility and Saleman services).
• Monitor & control consumer price (at outlet).
• Ensure that POSM, Premium is properly distributed and installed at the outlet.
Execute competitive promotion & activation for each distribution channel :
- Off premise promotion & activation (Sales activation at outlet) such as Leo Party.
- On premise promotion & activation (Sales activation at outlet) such as lucky draw.

• Over 6 years of sales& distributor management in FMCG.(Alco Beverages)
• Must have modern trade marketing & customer Relation Management
• Good communication in English & Burmese
