Position Purpose / Context

Responsible for leading security operations of Coca-Cola Pinya Beverages Myanmar Ltd by monitoring security policies, regulations, rules, and process and making sure that the environment in the organization is safe for employers and visitors.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage a team of security personnel to ensure the protection of property, assets, and people.
Review and implement security training policies and manuals to have effective process of visitor, materials and vehicle movements in place in all company’s plants and depots.
Evaluate all the threats and risks to the business and prepare incident management processes and procedures to cope with.
Keep abreast with security news and environment; be aware of vulnerabilities inherent in the company’s systems, policies and procedures.
Responsible for communicating the risk, vulnerabilities and probable consequences of these weaknesses to the management.
Ensure regular trainings to enhance the standard of the Security services.
Make assessment and performance evaluations of all security personnel.
Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other local authority.
Maintain good communications cross functions regarding security matters.
Responsive to any security issues in timely manner.
Cooperate with other functions in measures for safety and health of employees.
Ensure security personnel are alert and efficient and they know their jobs.
Ensure full compliance of code of business conducts, company’s policies and procedures.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
