• Prompt responsive and keep stakeholder informed
• Readiness for security audits (internal and external) / risk assessments, investigations, and follow-up of corrective actions while liaising with the law enforcement
• Liaises with Customer Loss Prevention contacts to conduct joint investigative and preventative actions
• Consultants and coordinates insecurity issues within area of responsibility
• Compliance with any external customer or regulatory body requirements
• Develop the relationship with local law enforcement
• Manages incidents and investigations, random checks and searches, reporting results to superiors
• Evaluates information from the branches and checks it for suspicious circumstances, including coordinating or undertaking covert surveillance as required
• Monitors the implementation of DHL and customer security standards, instructions, guidelines, etc - in close cooperation with the Central Security Function, and conducting briefings to staff and subcontractors as required
• Checking installed physical security devices for possible malfunctions or needed corrections (adjustments)
• Assesses security procedure and monitors compliance of appointed subcontractors
• Provides general security information and security awareness training (SAFE) to local workforce
• Assist with installation/procurement of any technical security equipment
• Nevertheless, he/she must be able to demonstrate an ability to influence decisions/actions through the provision of value-added inputs into the organizational business processes.

• Reasonable knowledge and experience of security management, loss prevention/investigation.
• Good integrity and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and systematic problem solving
• High knowledge and experience of security, in particular supply chain security matters
• Maintains consistent output following rules and regulations
• Numerical literacy – able to understand and act on performance indicators/ reports & analyses, identify and manage risks, facilitate the making of justified & informed decisions
• Ability to work with a diverse team from different functional
• Very well aware of local situation and needs
• 5 years of experience in the security environment. Previous ranking Police or Army role beneficial or other detailed investigation experience.
• Bachelor degree
• Competency in Loss Prevention and Incident Investigation
• Full understanding of relevant Myanmar law
