1. Manage all the Security Issues for the company. This includes Physical, employee and Asset Security.
2. Drive the effective process of Visitor and Material movement and effectively put these in place in all Company depots and plants.
3. Evaluate all the threats and risks to the business and prepare the business for incident management process and plans and lead the team on creation of comprehensive security plans.
4. Keep abreast with Security news and environment; be aware of vulnerabilities inherent in the company’s systems, policies, and procedures.
5. Responsible for communicating the risk, vulnerabilities and probable consequences of these weaknesses to the Top Management.
6. Should make detailed plan and procedures to deal with different situations across all the units and functions of the company.
7. Planning and monitoring of cost and budget for the Security vertical.
8. Ensure regular training to enhance the standard of the Security staff.
9. Investigative skills to carry out post-incident investigation and bring out corrective and preventive measures.
10. Set goals, review and manage performance, guide, and counsel and provide feedback to all HR Managers on the security of assets, people and property.
11. Ensure security in the plants and depots against shrinkage, pilferage, and theft of products.
12. Is responsible for the automation of the access control system and putting in place a world-class security system.
13. Work with PAC team for IMCR tracking, and training to ensure incident reporting and management.
14. Others duties and responsibilities assigned as and when necessary by Admin Manager.
15. Visit and make the assessment of other facilities in and outside Yangon.
16. Reports to Admin Manager.

The ideal candidate is preferred to have:

o sound experience in security management from hotels and factories
o fit and strong, energetic and aggressive
o able to communicate in English fairly well
o able to collaborate with functions across the business
o available day or night when necessary
o university graduate
o can take up company's core values
o good communication skills
o basic knowledge of IT, security-related software , hardware and can use the computer
