Should have proven track record on management of seed quality in Paddy/Hybrid Corn/Green Mung bean/vegetables, along with good seed supply chain quality assurance from warehouse to delivery upto farmers
well Versed with Myanmar Government seed certification system and ability to implement in seed value chain at all plate form
Should be a good team player with clarity on documentation and reporting
Frequent traveling in the country side during crop season

Job Requirements

Post Graduate in Seed Technology/Breeding/Agronomy/crop production with Proficiency in English
7 year experience at Manager level organization involved in seed production/corporate farming/contract farming , extension services to the farmers/growers
