Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Responsible for Checking & Reporting the monthly , quarterly ,annually Financial Statements to Division Head.
Prepare CC TO Financial Reports and Other Documents.
Supervise Account Section & Cash Section.
Check & Report Weekly Payable Statement & Monthly Receivable Report to Division Head.
Check , Approve & Sign the Cash transactions and other transactions.
Check the Cash Balance at All Business Units Suddenly in every month.
Check the Account Ledgers at All Business Units monthly.
Manage and provide guideline for the subordinates to perform the jobs effectively & efficiently.
Establish good communication channel between department , job groups and individuals.
Perform other duties as assigned by Finance & Account Division Head.
Supervise Assistant Department Heads, Section Heads in HO and All Business Units.
Report to Group General Manager and F & A Division Head.

Job Requirements

B.Com or LCCL Level III Diploma or M.Com
At Least 3 years experience in Accounting Function in Large organization.
Well understanding and applying of Account Standards and Rules & Regulations.
Ability to use computerized accounting software (MYOB or Other Accounting Software).
Ability to perform job tasks accurately and identify errors and inaccuracies.
Ability to solve the problems in accounting / Finance matters.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal staff, including Top Management and with Government representatives.
Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
At Least 3 years experience in Management.
People Management.
