ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Account Manager for Digital HP will maintain the relationship with a portfolio of dealers in our HP Book. The Senior Account manager will be part of the Digital HP Team that is established within the Digital Retail division of Yoma Bank. A large part of the job will be introducing the new digital HP Dealer Portal to key players within our Authorized Dealer Network as well as seeking new dealers and growing the number of loans processed through existing dealers.
The Senior Account Manager will lead a team of approximately 5 Junior Account Managers who run the day to day business of their assigned Authorized Dealers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain a strategic relationship with executive level staff of our Authorized Dealers.
• Leading and coaching a team of Junior Account Managers who run the day to day business of the Authorized dealers and be a point of escalation for them as well as the dealers.
• Introducing new product features to the executive level staff of our Authorized Dealers, including the new digital HP Dealer Portal.
• Identify potential new dealers in the sector of your responsibility.
• Identify possible product improvements or marketing opportunities and drive these together with the Head of Digital HP.

Experience

• Has worked in a leadership role before or has the ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills in any other way.
• Has working in the banking sector before (preferred).
• Has worked in a customer facing environment before.

Languages
Essential
• Fluency in Myanmar.
• Fluency in English.

KPIs
Essential
• Size, quality and growth of loan book.
• Number of new dealers onboarded.
