• Ensure that all the payment request must be compliance with local tax regulation and company policy.
• Co-ordinate with other departments by ensuring all documents submitted are complete by performing three-way match before recording to ERP.
• Recording of daily disbursements from employees claims, supplier invoices and track payments based on due date accordingly and key in ERP.
• Processing of employees claims as per established procedure on cut offs and coordinate with other departments for validation of supplier billings.
• Preparation of manual checks for form 2 and 31 as support of input and output tax deduction.
• Ensure to deduct WHT tax from suppliers while remit cash to suppliers according to the local tax policy and regulation
• Ensure that all the payments must be remit within timeline and there is no overdue payment request by vendors
• Supplier Activation – ensure to have specific supplier master form from related departments
• Prepare account payable analysis report by weekly basic to be use for managing cash flow report and generate cash flow projection.
• Support documents and information to internal / external audit
• Other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior and finance manager.

• 4 to 6 years of experienced in Finance Account payable.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft office and ERP software
• Preferable who has knowledge about local tax regulation.
• Prefer accounting background and relevant experiences.
• Who able to learn on changes in local taxation policy and any compliance matter
