Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Complies and analyses financial information to prepare entries to book of accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions
• Prepare and produce timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly financial accounts in accordantly
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions. Enters data into computer system (SAP)
• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
• Standard journal entries
• Reconcile ledger accounts
• Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
• Prepare monthly account reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws

Knowledge and Qualifications
• Possess a bachelor degree in related field preferred
• L.C.C.I Level (III) or ACCA Part (I) qualifications will be advantageous
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management
• Strong financial management skills
• Fluent English with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Work accurately with close attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
