Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Posting and checking sales & GP in system
-Update monthly sales statement report for sales commission (Excel inventory file)
-Checking and confirm full payment collection in order to release the owner book
-Maintain fixed assets schedule
-Checking monthly recurrent transaction
-Checking inter-co balance
-Checking cash and bank reconciliation
-Maintain and checking balance sheet note/schedule
-Checking and generating aging report for account payable and receivable
-Checking all the transaction and closing process to make sure it meets the target date
-Prepare and submit monthly report for related entity to Finance Manager
-Perform other related duties assigned by reporting manager.

Job Requirements

-B.Com (or) ACCA Part 2 (or) Any degree in Accounting and Finance
-4 to 5 years of accounting experience (prefer who has working experience in trading and import industry)
-Experience in using accounting software
-Advance Microsoft Excel skills
-Good command of English is a must.
-Attention to detail
-Team work
-Good in time management
