An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Account Payable
Receiving every document if it related about payment
Check the payment data
Check with Approval Form about price condition, payment method
Check supplier signature on payment voucher
Prepare Purchase Order (PO) according with supplier invoice
Calculate withhold tax and double check commercial Tax
Ask bank account information to finance team to make the payment
Record on Account Payable File via Excel
Then pass PO with supporting document to Finance Team
Keep document on Debit Voucher File
2. Withholding Tax
Give debit voucher running number to finance team
Keep document on Withhold File
3. Salary Payment/ Account Payable
Give debit voucher running number to finance team
Follow up bank transfer slip with HR team
Keep document on Debit Voucher File
4. Commercial Tax
Keep document on commercial tax receipt File
5. Fixed Asset
Document keep at related Fixed Asset File

Job Requirements

Must have min 3 years experience as Senior Accountant.
Prefer to have working experience in a foreign company
Prefer to have working experience in a Manufacturing company
Apply Accounting Software, Positive Attitude & Creative Ideas. Able to work under pressure.
Must be Business Level in English
Microsoft Office program.
