Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. To ensure that integrity of the Accounting book and records.
2. Ensure that the Company’s cash balance is kept liquid and conduct and audit of all Cashier floats in the hotel at
3. least once a week. The General Cashier float should be audited daily.
4. Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial statements for the hotel.
5. Contribute any ideas to Management to improve the controls and effectiveness of operation.
6. Assist in budget process in collaboration with all HOD’s
7. Make sure that the department’s adhered to hotel policies. Reported any deviations to immediate supervisor and property manager.
8. Reconciliation of Assets and Liability accounts each month.
9. Explain the queries arising by department heads regarding the preliminary Profit and Loss statement.
10. Conduct a monthly inventory of food and beverage and guest supply.

Job Requirements

1. CPA, B.Com , ACCA and 3 years’ experience in the similar field.
2. Highly competency on computer knowledge.
3. Must able to work in Hpa-An / Kaw Thaung.
