Job Description

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Produce accounting reports and financial reports on regular basis
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status and solutions
• Suggest financial condition base on reports and status
• Provide technical support and advice to management team
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
• Provide input in financial related advice into department’s goal setting process
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget planning according to schedule
• Manage with audit and tax procedures
• Cooperate with internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Plan, assign and review team members’ work
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Job Requirements

Requirements

• At least 3 years as senior accountant
• Familiar with basic accounting procedures
• Knowledge of General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Cashbooks, Financial report, Costing and Budget planning
• Up to date knowledge on business and regulation trends
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (PeachTree)
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant diploma
