Financial reporting/Tax reporting:
• Formulates and controls accounting information system of company meeting the need of business.
• Prepares and timely submits tax and other statutory reports to the tax and other competent authorities.
• Liaises with bankers, auditors, lawyers and tax authorities.

Management reporting:
• Provides adequate, on time and accurate accounting reports to managements
• Prepares management Accounts (JAF summary report, sales report, shipment report) on a monthly basis.
• Cooperates with PMD to follow up the project/ work and ensure that they finish the work on time so that a minute of acceptance is signed by customer without delay.

Budgeting/Forecasting:
• Prepares annual budgets and cash flow forecasts and liaises with other departments to implement budget.
• Controls the expenses of the company to remain within the annual budgets.
• Prepares cash flow forecast on monthly basis and cooperates with other departments.
• Budget verification of Letter of intent ( LOI) to be issued by Purchasing /Projects Management / Customer Services departments to suppliers / sub contractors /fabricators before they are officially issued.

Compliance/Risk/Others:
• Strictly follow up the policies and procedures relating to financial reporting compliance through company.
• Monitors the company’s salary system running properly.
• Liaises with company bankers, auditors, lawyers and tax inspectors.
• Safeguards the assets of the company to ensure recording completely and physical existence.

Credit control:
• Supervises the process of debt collection to ensure the process work effectively.
• Verifies the credit limit of customers and monitoring any violation on the approved credit limit.
• Make all types of approved payments as per contractual terms and Management instruction (JAF,AMF and cost calculation sheet of projects management department )
• Have right to stop any payment if there are any thing is in doubt or not enough supporting documents.

• University Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 7 years of working in Finance and Accounting field with minimum 2 years at the same position and have at least 3 years of working with ERP system.
• Chief Accountant Certificate
• Good knowledge of Tax laws and regulations and business contract.
• Holding ACCA certificate or studying.
• Have experiences in manufacturing field.
• Good command of English
• Good leadership.
• Have strong knowledge in financial planning, cost accounting and budgeting, especially for specific projects.
• Good cross function supporting
• Can work under high pressure
. Age 30 years old and above is preferable
