-အဖြဲ့အစည္းႏွင့္ ႏွင့္ပူးေပါင္းလုပ္ကိုင္နိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
-အသက္ (28-35)ႏွစ္အတြင္းျဖစ္ရမည္။
