Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Prepare Monthly Trial Balance, SOFP, SOCI & other notes for relevant project during 7 days after EOM
- Prepare, record and file according to cash receipts & payment.
- Check daily bank (Deposit & Withdraw) in Bank Statement.
- Record Daily Accounting Transactions in MYOB Accounting Software.
- Collect cash & cheque for payment from tenants and make payments to suppliers
- Prepare up-to-date monthly receivable and payable report related with shops and report to reporting manager.
- Settle related party transactions under Shwe Taung Group of companies
- Apply the rules & regulations related to the tax law.
- Collect or pay the advance tax documents for sale and purchase transactions.
- Prepare and verify data collecting and billing for revenue sharing on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for system backup.
- Assist to prepare Other Documents for the Audited Reports for Junction Square.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head and reporting manager.

Job Requirements

Education and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Graduate in Accounting. (B.Com, B.Act, LCCI Level 3)

Knowledge
- Must have knowledge of accounting principles and practices, finance principles, International financial reporting and knowledge of laws regarding finances and taxation.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years-experience in relevant role (Preferable with the experience of Hospitality or Property Sales or Property Management fields)
- Prefer if have experience in Budgetary System and Analysis process
- Strong experience in accounting software

Skills and personal qualities
- Skillful in MS Office Package and accounting system (MYOB).
- Interest in related operation systems (such as CRM, POS, PMS, PSS)
- Have good presentation skill
- Prefer if can use in English language
- Must have Honesty and Integrity
- Ability to classify manage priorities and can work under pressure with deadline.
