1. All type of Invoicing have been update and checking with Invoice Sheet and Related Sale File.
2. Update cash and bank received
3. Timely uploading to System.
4. Make sure that Local and Oversea payment to correct persons (or) Company, Finalized and Checking with related cost and have evidence documents supporting.
5. Follow up customer payment maintain and organize for Customer remittances.
6. Ensure bank transaction and reconciliation for Banks.
7. Prepare Bank Remittance to oversea branches
8. Prepares and day by day records in Myob System at Financial entries by compiling and analyzing accounting information and policy.

Reporting

1. Prepare monthly report to Chief Accountant, General Manager and Regional Office for Accounts Receivable and Payable.
2. Present as AR and AP in meeting with AMC Regional Office.
3. Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and producers to ensure quality and efficiency.
4. Responsible for debit note and credit note for Inter Co., Debt Balance.
5. Responsible for finalize profit and loss statement, balance sheet and report to Chief Accountant and Regional Office.

Audit and Tax Matter

1. Cooperation with External Audit Team on all matter of auditing process.
2. Support taxation requirements and related documents
3. Responsible for tax clearance related with company and fully compliance with government regulation.

5 plus year of experience in accounting field (travelindustry will be advantage)
Strong education background and other account certification
English language (intermediate)
Knowledge and experience of accounting software
Detail oriented person

Monday to Friday: 8:45 to 5:00
Saturday: 8:45 to 1:00
