➢ Be responsible for reviewing the data/ information provided by Juniors
➢ Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial statements
➢ Issue Draft Financial Statements and submit to Chief Accountant or Executive Management on timely manner
➢ Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
➢ Assist with tax audits and tax returns
➢ Coordination of the audit process (Internal and external audit process)
➢ Manage and supervise accounting assistants
➢ Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable ( AP/AR)
➢ Arranges the invoices to be approved by GM and MD for periodical payment processing.
➢ Secures financial information by completing database backups
➢ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
➢ Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
➢ Prompt Responses to Managements' Instructions
➢ Any other duties to support others department or team that from time to time are required to meet the needs of the company

➢ B.A (Eco) Preferred & LCCI Level (III) or Relevant
➢ 3 Years in related position & above
➢ Knowledge of Accounting Software
➢ Accuracy and attention to detail
➢ Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
➢ In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
➢ Good Communication Skill and Team Work
➢ Problem Analysis and Problem Solving
➢ English (Literate)
➢ Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Power point)
➢ Internet & Email Literate
