Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

The Job:

- Perform accounting operations such as preparation of journals, vouchers, bank reconciliation, stock lists, etc.,

- Daily update of accounts payable and accounts receivables

- Preparing company invoices, government bodies payment fees etc.,

- Prepare and Review monthly financial reports, management report and sales analysis

- Co-ordinate the year-end stock count and ensure an accurate inventory record

- Co-operate with the auditor for each year audit report

- Maintain audit program and related documentation, and Report Audit Findings to management

- Provide Daily Office Administration/Human Resource Support and Keep the office daily Admin/HR operations running smoothly. Eg:
>Monitor annual leave and calculate leave pay
>Handle Payroll
>Employee Contract & Personal Files

- Ad Hoc Duties as Assigned ( Organico World)

Job Requirements

The Person:

- At least 7 years related accounting experience, Admin experience is an advantage

- Communication/ Interpersonal Skills: Ability to follow-up upon job duties, Self-motivated, Well-organized, Flexible, Detail-minded, Responsible, Independent and Dedicated

- Organizational Skills: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and is highly systematic, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Scheduling meetings, travel plans, billing, etc.

- Proficient in MS Office applications in Burmese/English Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint
Eg: Writing emails, copying, and creating spreadsheets, printing documents, writing proposals etc.,

- Good command of spoken and written English and Burmese

- Diploma or above, with HR/Admin or oversea experiences will be an advantage

- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Junior or Assistant officer
