Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Mainly responsible for site management for Architect Engineering projects
- Learn and understand project and Company standards and procedures
- Establish a solid rapport with co-workers and other departments
- Communicate well with Site Project Manager and general contractors
- Check the equipment installation in site
‐ Negotiate with and manage general contractors
- Setting a meeting and negotiate with govarnment staff and process applicatio
- Need to have a meeting with person in charge in hospital
- Train the other workers depending on the project and the partner
- Make reports to General Manager about the progress of the project
- Any Ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

- Must have 7 years working experience as Architect Engineer in Construction Field
- Must have experience of construction project of hospital
- Must have working experience as senior
- Prefer to have experience in large-scale construction
- Prefer to have experience of negotiating with government staff
- Must have basic skill to operate Auto CAD (2D, 3D)
- Must be business level in the English language
-MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
