Responsibilities :

• Carry out Feasibility Study, Concept / Schematic Designs, Design Development and Design Detailing.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary Consultants’ team to ensure delivery of design intent.
• Manage and co-ordinate with fellow Consultants Team Members on project delivery.
• Liaison with Clients, fellow Consultants and Government Authorities on Project execution and delivery.
• Attend project meetings and writing of meeting minutes.
• Supervise a team of Junior Architects and Draftspersons.
• Preparation of forms and submission of plans to Authorities for approval.
• Business Development Duties.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Architecture Degree
• Minimum 5 Years post graduate architecture professional experience.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of design experience in institutional and industrial projects
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.
• Competency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office as well as basic rendering, graphics publishing software programs.
• Familiar with Myanmar Building Codes of Practices and Regulations
• Candidates with Interior Design Skills and Experience will be an advantage.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Outgoing Personalities.
