• Achievement of strategic objectives defined by Opera organization• Drive team to meet sales target by working closely with filling station managers and team, salesperson and other stakeholders to analyze sales data and to highlight risks and opportunities.• Ensure customer satisfaction at the Filling Stations by providing the best customer experiences in sales and customer engagement• Provide advice according to market opportunities and competitiveness• Monitor, evaluate and analyses POS sales data, record and report, sales forecasts and all regional and divisional sales reports and customer feedback, as required• Provide leadership to facilitate sales and training, a guideline to filling station teams for sales operational efficiency• Work closely with station in charge, sales team and management team for profitability and sales driven.• Other relevant duties may be assigned as required• Good report writing and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Management, Sales, Marketing, International Relationship, Public Relations or equivalent discipline • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales with at least 3 years of Retail or B2B Sales Manager position preferable in retail sales • Industry knowledge: willing to acquire and maintain knowledge of market insight, customers, and competitors and market trend and product range and know where they fit in the market.• Takes on challenges willingly and in an assured and confident manner.• Fluent in all Microsoft tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM and analysis tools • Ability to travel locally when needed including overnight travel • As part of an operational team, the person needs to be an outgoing and experienced operational professional, able to operate under pressure of time• Self-driven and taking initiatives for excellence• Result oriented, a strong team player with an open and creative mind • Ability influence to external and internal customers and team• - Good communication & interpersonal skills• - Good deal making and negotiation skill
