• Manage in Banking Operation and Solving the Major issues and complaint.• Responsible for annual growth of Banks• Key Role in Deposit and Loan Growth• Responsible for implement the Standard Operational Procedure• Responsible for implement new business channel with Business Partner etc• To Setup the control and guideline for the procedure of daily operational issue• To corporate with the Governance Committee (EC, MC, Risk, ALCO) and Contribute the best suggestion and comments• To implement the effective and success for sales model by the Zone and Relationship Officer
• Good Leadership Skill• Well know the bank’s products and procedure• Good experience in People management • Good understanding in products sale model• Good understanding in Banking Law and related rule and regulation • Problem Solving Skill with internal and external customer• Negotiation skill• Lead and Guidance to Zone and Branches for compliance with bank policies and regulation.
