• Support the Senior Brand Manager in managing various brand projects and ensuring alignment to the brand’s objectives by working with different departments and 3rd party agencies and suppliers.• Establish marketing plans to align with strategic initiatives in coordination with Senior Brand Manager.• Take in charge projects include innovation, new product launch and integrated brand campaign roll-outs in the country. These include developing and executing above-the-line campaigns (TV, Print, Radio), below-the-line activities (activation, sampling, POP, etc), and other media.• Assist the Senior Brand Manager by providing support in strategic discussions with different functions and stakeholders and providing relevant analysis of data to support these discussions
• Any Bachelor or Master Degree with relevant experiences • 2 years + experience in FMCG industry or Multinational company is preferable• Good command of written and spoken English• Computer literate i.e. knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint• Be able to multi-task and work under a dynamic and fast-moving environment• Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
