In this role you will have the unique remit and opportunity to partner with your team to identify emerging consumer and market trends and source new to market opportunities for our brands; with a strong focus on both external and global sourcing of innovation in addition to internal sourcing. You will then take the lead with your team in development and activation of category and brand strategy and execution plans for these categories within the decorative market.
• Coordinating and proposing the yearly, quarterly and monthly marketing plan and budget for each brand.
• Proposing, managing and analyzing the planning and implementation of Field Marketing Activities in collaboration with Marketing Operations Team and Sales team.
• Align with Marketing Operations Team for flawless field execution/ deployment of strategic marketing initiatives.
• Continuous monitoring and analysis of competitor’s activities, and propose the necessary plan to react timely.
• Managing all the visuals, media, PR, advertising activities and support all visuals requirements by Marketing Operations Team.
• Continuous supervision of marketing/ POSM inventory and liaise with Inventory Manager to prevent any OOS and Overstock situation.
• Call in regular meeting with the Brand Management Team and make sure the planned activities are implemented according to the objectives/ targets and within the defined timeline.
• Managing EPE projects and ensuring the timely delivery within budget (collaboration with the in-house R&D and QC team to maintain and constantly improve the product quality).
• Reporting and taking prompt action regarding any Product Quality Defect report is a must.
• Participate in the development of new tools to measure the performance of ATL initiatives, merchandising and media planning.
• Reviewing & reporting the performance of the immediate subordinates using clear and quantifiable metrics, for personnel development and assessment.
• Reporting activities on regular (i.e. weekly or monthly) or on ad-hoc basis depending on the market situation.
• Develop people and team members for quality outcomes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
BA (or) BM.
MBA is highly preferable.
Personal Qualities
Must have good analytical skill, social dealing skill and time-management skill.
Must have strong leadership skill and team spirit.
Must be self-motivated and proactive
English proficiency.
At least 5 Yrs experience in the management position with the same industry background or F&B industry.
